Our roofing department specialises in concealed-fix and pierced-fix roof coverings, protective roof coatings, and integrated systems designed to accommodate structural movement, resist harsh environmental conditions, and perform reliably over the long term.

Roof coatings

Industrial roofs are continuously exposed to moisture, chemical fumes, and UV radiation — making corrosion and waterproofing failure inevitable without protection. Our roof coating systems are engineered for long-term corrosion control, waterproofing integrity, and service performance.

Rust & Corrosion Treatment on Metal Roofs

Corrosion typically develops around screws, laps, gutters, and sheet ends. Our system solutions include:

  • Mechanical surface preparation and rust neutralisation

  • Epoxy or zinc-rich primers

  • Polyurethane and polyaspartic high-performance coatings

  • Polyurea hybrid systems for enhanced UV and chemical resistance

  • Full or partial resheeting where metal degradation is beyond repair

Roof Restoration & Protective Coatings

Pre-Solar Roof Remediation Coatings

Before solar panel installations, we rehabilitate existing roofs using specialised pre-solar coating systems.

Metal Sheet Installation & Cladding

We deliver professional metal roofing installations for industrial and commercial buildings, focusing on durability, precision, and compliance with manufacturer specifications.

Concealed-Fix Roof Systems (Primary Focus)

  • Installation of Klip-Lok 700 / Saflok 700 or equivalent systems

  • Fixing to purlins using concealed clips to allow for thermal movement

  • Installation of expansion joints, closures, eaves, and valley details

  • Integration with parapet flashings, gutters, and roof penetrations

  • Suitable for large-span industrial and commercial structures

Pierced-Fix Roof Systems (IBR & Corrugated)

  • Installation of galvanized, Zincalume, or Colorbond IBR and corrugated sheeting
  • Crest-fixing to purlins using approved self-drilling screws and washers
  • Accurate alignment to falls and laps as per approved drawings
  • Sealing of laps using butyl or polyurethane sealants
  • Installation of ridge, barge, headwall, and sidewall flashings
